Day 1 at Rupeek
Day 1 at Rupeek was an induction program which held virtually and was quite structured. It went in different parts:
First we had an Ice breaker session. It was fun as well as networking meet up where we initially introduced ourselves and then as a next part we were given some questions and were divided into small rooms of 3-4 people, where we common out those questions, as those were group questions. This part of the induction was quite interesting.
Here are some insights on the questions:
After this we had about the company session. Here, we were given insights about the company, its values and all the necessary details about the company.
Then we were headed towards Leadership connect call, where we interacted with the founder of Rupeek as well as engineer manager where they talked about the company's vision, tech stack, question minded perspective.
In the last, we had our manager connect session, Here we talked closely on productivity, setting up calendars, projects, vision, interacting with mentors, etc. It was great and interactive session.
Overall the day went very well :)
